Prior to the approval of the two (02) MPSAs of the UDMDC in Paracale, Camarines Norte by the MGB in November 2008, it was established that the area including the private properties adjacent thereat offers potential exploration-development target for placer gold deposits and gold rich quartz veins lodes. This was based on several geological assessment conducted by the Joint United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) in 1987, covering the Panganiban Tabas Area of Camarines Norte, immediately south of the tenement areas. Likewise, surface and underground satellite scanning of the area was conducted by NOAH’S ARK, a U.S. company headed by Milton Samuel Taylor.

Confirmatory geological surveys of the area were conducted by highly reputable geologists, Samuel deClaro (Lic. No. 000576) and Angel A. Bravo (Lic. No. 0398) in 2005 and 2007, respectively. Survey results show that the two (02) MPSAs and the additional areas covered by the private properties bear gold reserves from both placer materials and ore of 10,664,769 troy ounces. This volume was based on the Assay Laboratory Report conducted by the Abra Mining and Industrial Corporation using the AAS Instrumental Method of Analysis of Gold Determination, showing an average assay of 51.67 grams of gold per ton of ore.

Geologists Orlando P. Consulta and Vicente L. Cronologia, after conducting due diligence of the mining areas of the UDMDC reported: MPSA No. 271-2008-V and MPSA No. 272-2008-V both lie within the historically productive Paracale-Jose Panganiban Gold District, which is geographically situated between two (02) major tectonic features, the Philippine Trench and the Philippine Fault, wherein several areas of varying mineralization are located. On the south eastern portion of the mining properties of the UDMDC are the Big Vein, the Ollie Vein and other vein systems. On the Western Portion of the UDMDC mining area is the Pargum Consolidated Corporation wherein geological and technical teams identified at least five (05) quartz veins on a north-northeast trend with moderate to steep depth. Finally on the eastern portion of the mining area is the United Paragon Mining Corporation which operated the famous Longos Vein Sytem. The occurrence of gold within the Paragon production areas are essentially identified with all types of vein classifications.

Immediately, upon the approval of the two MPSAs by the Mines & Geosciences Bureau (MGB) in November 2008, the UDMDC started the development of the area particularly the office site in Paracale, Camarines Norte. Paracale which is more or less 360 kms from Metro manila is reachable thru any kind of motorized vehicle passing thru the Maharlika Highway. With the present condition of the Maharlika Highway, travel time from Metro Manila is estimated at 6 to 7 hours. From the town proper of Paracale, Camarines Norte, the site is accessible by a concrete road traversing throughout the 10-12 km stretch of the mining claim. Alternatively, daily commercial flights of the Cebu Pacific and the Philippine Airlines fly between the Manila International Airport and the Pili Domestic Airport, which is more or less than 130 kilometres from Paracale, Camarines Norte, accessible by private vehicles and cars.

The office site was developed in a seven (07) hectares property privately owned by the UDMDC. It is composed of two (02) office buildings, a 3-storey guesthouse, a one-storey guesthouse, a laboratory building, a multi-purpose building, powerhouse etc. Also, upon securing a Certificate of Registration and Permit to Operate a Private Port No. 432 from the Philippine Ports Authority on 24 February 2012, the UDMDC built a private causeway within the mining area.

In addition, the three Exploration Permit Application (EXPA) are now under process with the Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).

As a second option, the mining area and the properties are located along the Pacific Ocean. UDMDC had applied with the Philippine Tourism Authority (PTA) to declare the area as a Tourism Zone; hence another feasible option is to develop the property as an Eco-Tourism Park.

THE UDMDC IS OPEN TO ENTER INTO A JOINT VENTURE PROJECT AGREEMENT AND COULD ALSO ENTERTAIN BUY-OUT PROPOSAL FROM INTERESTED PARTIES SUBJECT TO NEGOTIATION…
